Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled for Travelomedia marketing and digital support services.
Before Work Begins
If a client cancels before work has started, Travelomedia may refund eligible service fees after deducting any already-incurred third-party costs or administrative charges stated in the written agreement.
After Work Begins
Once strategy, design, content, setup, campaign, or technical work has started, fees may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the completed work and the agreed project scope.
Third-Party Costs
Advertising spend, software subscriptions, hosting charges, payment processing fees, domain fees, and other third-party costs are normally non-refundable once paid to the provider.
Service Issues
If a client believes a paid service was not delivered according to the agreed scope, they should contact us with the project details. We will review the matter and respond with a practical resolution.
No Outcome Guarantee
Refunds are not issued because a campaign did not produce a specific number of leads, sales, rankings, approvals, or commercial results unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
